Institute of Political Science and Law was established in June 2006 and is the successor of social and humanitarian department, who started his job in October 1992 and has become one of the leading units in the nous of MP Drahomanova . The main task of the Institute of Political Science and Law is an educational , scientific practical training of highly qualified specialists in the field of political science, sociology and law.
        The Institute is headed by the Director , Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Higher School of Ukraine , Corresponding Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Political Science Bohdan I. Andrusyshen .
        The educational process at the Institute provide 30 professors and doctors of sciences , 57 associate professors, candidates of science. In total, the Institute employs 138 highly qualified teachers .
